Just like any athlete in today’s time, San Francisco 49er’s Colin Kaepernick took to Twitter Friday morning to deny the allegations of him being involved in a  “suspicious incident” with a woman in a Miami hotel in early April.

TMZ is standing by their reports.

According to the copy of the police report that TMZ received, on April 1st a woman who has a history with Kaepernick says that she was asked to meet the 49ers’ QB, and two other NFL players at the downtown Miami hotel, Viceroy. The woman alleged that she made drinks and shots for the men and supposedly took a hit on a bong which contained marijuana. The woman then says she went into a bedroom to lie down where she was approached and kissed by Kaepernick, according the report obtained by TMZ.

“She advised they were kissing (mouth) and Mr Kaepernick started to undressed [sic] her. She got completely naked,” the report reads, according to TMZ. “Mr. Kaepernick told her that he was going to be right back and left the bedroom. They did not have sex.”

While Kaepernick is denying the rumors and all of the allegations, this situation is still being investigated by the Special Victims Unit in Miami which handles sex crimes. He can sit and tweet all that he wants, but the authorities see something that is making them question the entire situation. Whether they personally believe her or not this is something that needs to be looked into.

No charges have been filed.
