Colts Reggie Wayne Violated NFL Uniform Policy By Supporting Sick Coach
While most of the NFL was supporting breast cancer by wearing pink, Indianapolis Colts Reggie Wayne decided that he wanted to wear orange to support his sick coach.
Indianapolis Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano has been diagnosed with leukemia and thus has been sidelined from coaching Wayne and the rest of the Colts while he battles the disease from a hospital bed. Sunday night in their win over the Green Bay Packers, Wayne wore orange gloves and an orange mouthpiece as the color signifies awareness for leukemia.
Will Wayne receive a fine? Probably so, but I’m sure he thinks that it’s worth it when he was supporting a man whom he’s known since his days back at the University of Miami (Fla.). over 10 years ago.
