Cowboys’ Elliott granted stay; He will play on Sunday

by Angela Davis |@jerseygirlsport |@ladyadavis How'bout dem Cowboys! That's what the fanbase is saying this morning as a U.S. Second Circuit court of appeals granted Ezekiel Elliott's request for a temporary stay of his suspension making him eligible to play Sunday.
from espn.com A panel of Second Circuit Court judges will convene next week to hear Elliott's request for an injunction that overturns Judge Katherine Failla's ruling from Monday. So he could still start serving the suspension as early as Week 10. NFLPA attorneys called Elliott this morning and told him, "Get to practice."
This is a HUGE win for Elliott and the Cowboys as they battle allegations of misconduct involving alleged assault. Elliott is back to practice and fans are back to football. What do you think?
