Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife sues over endorsement deal money

This must be the week about athletes and their battles with their ex-wives. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade has filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging that Wade is violating the terms of an agreement that requires his endorsement deals be fully deposited into a joint account they both control. Dwyane's attorney, James Pritikin,  wouldn't elaborate but he did elude that the lawsuit is baseless and misconstrues the court order concerning the joint account.  This lawsuit is yet another in their bitter divorce battle. While the divorce is final, with Dwyane being awarded sole custody of their sons, it seems the anger and resentment is still bubbling underneath the surface. I can't begin to know what it's like to live my life in the public eye, or worse, to have to end a marriage under public scrutiny. What I do know is that their children, who should be the focused concern, may be the ones who suffer the most.  Even without the money from the endorsements, I'm sure the money she has access to is quite enough for her to live off of.  What do you think?
