First Lance Armstrong confesses to Oprah Winfrey, now Norte Dame linebacker Manto Te’o will talk with Katie Couric.

Te’o and his parents will talk with Couric on her ABC syndicated show set to air on Thursday regarding the unbelievable prank that was played on him in late 2012. There will be no confession in this interview Te’o will stick to his story that he is a bystander and victim in this hoax.  Te’o said he had an online romance with a woman he never met and in September was informed that the woman died from leukemia.

After weeks of this story breaking, are people really interested to hear Manto Te’o’s side of the story? Probably, after all the entire hoax is so unbelievable people are wondering how any of this has continued as long as it did.
