Michael Jordan’s 1984 Olympic shoes auctioned for record price

by Angela Davis |@jerseygirlsport It's amazing what people will buy, especially when it comes to sports memorabilia. For some iconic athletes, anything will sell. Michael Jordan's 1984 Olympic shoes just sold for a record $190,372.80. This beats the previous record price for game-worn shoes which were Jordan's “flu game” shoes in the 1997 NBA Finals which sold for $104,765, according to SCP Auctions. So, someone has a pair of these sweaty shoes. At least they're autographed.
