"As I stated yesterday, I take full responsibility for my actions, and I apologize for causing negative attention to the Pittsburgh Steelers organization. I accept the penalty that I received. I will no longer address this issue as I am preparing for an important game this Sunday against the Miami Dolphins."I agree let's move on. There was alot of hype about this particular infraction, but not as much about other coaches who were/are known cheaters. There is no argument that Tomlin was wrong. He's been fined. We should now be fine. What do you think? Your Jersey Girlfriend, ~Angela Davis
We knew it was coming, and well --the hammer has been dropped. The NFL has fined Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin $100,000 for being on the sideline and interfering with a play of the game. The NFL is still considering pulling some draft choices from the Steelers, but that hasn't been finalized. NFL executive vice president of football operations Ray Anderson said that those decisions won't be finalized until the final draft order has been completed. Tomlin has admitted he was wrong in where he was standing but said his interference was not intentional.
