Associated Press, criminal charges won't be filed against the 49ers wide receiver after an alleged sexual assault in a hotel after the team's playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers, San Francisco's district attorney said Friday.
After sorting through statements and other information submitted by the police, the district attorney saw no reason to charge Crabtree, whom had not be arrested or detained during this entire ordeal.
