Professional athletes & nightclubs – a bad combination: Houston Rockets player accused of stomping leg of homeless man

PORTLAND, OR (AP) ~ Houston Rockets forward Terrence Jones has been arrested for stomping the leg of a homeless man, police say. Portland Police Bureau spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson says the incident happened early Wednesday outside a downtown nightclub. Jones allegedly walked by a doorway where two homeless men were sleeping. He then yelled "Wake Up!" and then stomped on the legs of one. Jones was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on a harassment charge, and the homeless man, 46year-old Daniel Kellerher, had a minor injuries. Jones was drafted in 2012 from the University of Kentucky and just completed his first season. If he wants to have a longer career in the NBA he'll need to stay out of trouble. What is it with professional athletes and nightclubs? It doesn't matter if they're in them or around them, they seem to bring nothing but trouble. What do you think?
