Oakland Raiders QB Denies Leaving Fiancée at the Alter?

It seems that Oakland Raiders’ QB and Jersey Girl Sports ‘Hottie’ Jason Campbell was supposed to be married to Jenny Montes over the weekend in a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic but the wedding was surprisingly called off at the last minute.

According to VIBE Vixen Campbell apparently “stood up” Montes, backing out of the wedding just hours before the ceremony.

This sounds vaguely familiar.

Remember when San Antonio Spurs’ Forward Richard Jefferson made national news when he left then fiancée Kesha Nichols at the altar? Well at least she got a job on a reality show out of the break-up.

But that’s not the story that Campbell is sticking to. Campbell denied the story to the Washington Post on Tuesday saying that it was a mutual decision to put things off. It seems that the guests were told at the ceremony that the wedding had been called off but was not given an explanation.

In another interview with Kate Longworth of CSN Bay Area, Campbell said to her that it was not in his character to leave a fiancée at the altar.

Jason you are definitely getting the side-eye for that comment. Not in your character? Oh wow.
