by Angela Davis/@ladyadavis Jersey Girl Sports fam, it's been one crazy-amazing World Series! I admit that I haven't watched the games with this much enthusiasm in a long time. Think about it: both team are considered underdogs. Both haven't been in the World Series for over half a century and both represent cities with a super heavy sports fanbase. No matter who you were rooting for, and even if neither the Chicago Cubs nor the Cleveland Indians were your teams, these are the top three lessons you can learn from this game 7. 1. Never Count Yourself Out - It doesn't matter what the critics say. It doesn't matter what the analysts say, and it certainly doesn't matter what the public says. What matters is what you believe about you. It is what YOU SAY that matters. 2. Stay In The Game Until The End- Life happens to all of us, but no matter what the situation looks like in your life, you must play it out because you don't know how it will end. You owe it to yourself because if you quit, you'll always lose. 3. You Past Doesn't Determine Your Present - Some of the best moments of the game came from players who didn't have super big plays during the regular season. Guess what? It DOESN'T MATTER. You past doesn't determine your present. What matters is what you do now. So suit up and get in this game called 'life'. Keep playing. Don't give up, and set your mind to win!
