USA Network’s Necessary Roughness Returns for Season 2

Football is finally back on television. Well maybe not the football you think, but one of my favorite sports dramas Necessary Roughness on the USA Network is back for its second season, June 6th at 10pm/9pm. For all my ladies who love sports and who love drama, this is your type of television show. Just to give you a little back ground, the show focuses on a tough, sexy Long Island divorcee (Callie Thorne) who gets a job as therapist for a professional football team in order to make ends meet. Underestimated at every turn, she succeeds beyond all expectations and soon finds herself a sought - after therapist to high-profile clients. Athletes, musicians, politicians and others living in the spotlight - all in a moment of crisis - clamor for her unique brand of tough love therapy. As a newly single mom raising two teenagers, her start-up practice wreaks havoc on her life. But recognizing that she's changing people's lives for the better, she is determined to make her new career work by striking a balance between her personal and professional worlds. With me so far???? Season 2 is a whole new preseason as Dr. Dani and the Hawks hit the ground running...smack into more crises. As for Dani and Matt, they're still very hot, very heavy, and... very secret. Trust me things pick up right where they left off. Who knows, now that Terrell Ownes  doesn’t’ have a job any more maybe he’ll reprise his role as  star safety/cornerback Kevin "The Minefield" Minnifield, also TK's (Mehcad Brooks) archnemesis on the series. I’m just putting it out there.  Here’s a sneak peak… If you've never had a chance to watch the show, it’s definitely worth the time, or as I like to tell people DVR it, and if you’re a fan, season two will not disappoint. Remember check out the season premiere of Necessary Roughness on USA, Wednesday, June 6 at 10/9c! Your Jersey Girlfriend, Marcelle English
